N

Dented, cracks, holes or rust spots.

A few of these can be repaired using some good sealant and some flashing. However, if you see multiple sections where this is apparent, you may want to just replace the entire gutter system.

N

Sagging or improperly-pitched gutters.

If proper slope is not consistent throughout your gutter system, water can collect in certain sections and possibly overflow. Consider replacing your gutters if you cannot fix this problem

Screws below or in the gutter.

Occasionally, nails or screws that support the gutter to the fascia can work themselves loose. Replacing them is not difficult. However, this may be a sign that your fascia may be rotting as well.

Flooded basement.

Water constantly pouring against your foundation can sometimes find its way through into your basement. While this may mean repair to your foundation, you will want to re-direct the water if possible.

CLIENT TESTINONIALS

During the tornado in September, a tree landed between our house and garage. Our roof was damaged and our rain gutters took a beating. A1 came out and had the job finished before the last of the branches were hauled away. We couldn’t be happier with their work.
